This system must be sealed prior to use to protect the knots

These systems must be gently treated otherwise the hair may shed and the system will develop bald spots and the base is fragile and is susceptible to tear

No hot water to be used

Gentle low heat styling only

Please Note: If you select a colour that has any grey in it the grey hair will be fibre. Do not use heat on systems that contain fibre

ONLY approved aftercare products to be used on the system

All orders placed before 3.00pm will be despatched the same day via Royal Mail requested service (unless otherwise stated) and should be received within the disclosed time frame.
 

Orders placed on Friday for guaranteed Saturday delivery will be sent Via Royal mail Special delivery and should be received before 1pm. We cannot be held liable for the performance of Royal mail or any preferred courier service and we as the agent are bound by their terms and conditions.
Orders placed after 3pm (1pm for saturday delivery) will not be processed and shipped until the following working day.

Orders placed before 12pm for customer collection will be processed the same day and ready for collection by 4pm the same day. Orders placed after this time will be ready for collection by 12pm the following day.
