TRADE Terms and Conditions

The application of extensions, aftercare advice and maintenance products used by the salon/extensionist or client are all factors beyond our control, falling within the jurisdiction of the salon/extensionist and client contract and are thus the absolute responsibility of the salon/extensionist

Hair Rebellion UK will not accept any liability for human hair products that have been toned (including toning shampoos) coloured, permed or altered in anyway including hair that has been worn in hot climates, swimming pools, salt water, hot tubs, sunbeds and during the use of any suncream. These actions would void any quality guarantees and exempt the product from quality testing

We cannot be held liable for the performance of Royal Mail or our preferred courier service and we as the agent are bound by their terms and conditions. Hair Rebellion UK is liable only for the value of goods supplied and cannot be held responsible for any loss of income or costs incurred for any reason

All orders placed before 3.00pm will be dispatched the same day via Royal Mail requested service (unless otherwise stated) and should be received within the disclosed time frame.
Orders placed on Friday for guaranteed Saturday delivery will be sent Via Royal mail Special delivery and should be received before 1pm. We cannot be held liable for the performance of Royal mail or any preferred courier service and we as the agent are bound by their terms and conditions.
Orders placed before 12pm for customer collection will be processed the same day and ready for collection by 4pm the same day. Orders placed after this time will be ready for collection by 12pm the following day.

Payments must be made before any Item can be shipped.
Payment can be made online with a credit or debit card using or through PayPal.
Payment can also be taken over the phone and processed through our card system.
Customers collecting orders from our trade shop can also pay cash on collection however if paying on collection orders must be collected within the same working day of ordering otherwise the order will be cancelled.
If you require a collection order to be held for longer payment must be made when ordering.

Refunds and returns policy
Incorrect Items
Although we do our utmost to ensure the correct product is sent to you occasionally mistakes do happen. Please check all products upon receipt and notify us within 48 hours of any discrepancies
Any discrepancies in colour/style/length or ANY other issues you may have must be corrected before the packs are opened so they can be returned to us in original condition. Once opened you must double check them again prior to removing them from the card or bonding material and inform us immediately.
As soon as you remove the hair from its card or bonding material you are accepting the product as fit for your purpose
Unwanted Returns or Exchanges
Hair Rebellion UK are happy to exchange or refund any product which is returned to us providing it is unopened, in its original packaging, unused and fit for re-sale even though we are a TRADE ONLY retail company. We recommend you ensure you use the correct postage service which insures and tracks your parcel as any goods remain your responsibility until they are received by Hair Rebellion. You must notify us of your intention to return goods within 7 days of receipt. Product must be returned to us within 14 days of receipt. (Distance selling regulations)
Returns will not be accepted without the original invoice number, customer name, description of items being returned and reason for return. Returns cannot be accepted without the original invoice number as proof of purchase. Refunds WILL NOT be made without these

As a Trade ONLY company - if you have ordered incorrectly etc. and require a replacement product postage costs must be covered by the trade customer and postage refunds will not be made unless Hair Rebellion UK are at fault

Faulty goods and/or quality issues
Hair Rebellion UK must be notified within 1 month from date of purchase of human hair products if there is a problem or fault. We expect our hair products to last at least 1 month from date of purchase not fitting, this is because the product or fixing can deteriorate if not stored correctly therefore we cannot guarantee correct storage once it has left our protective environment. 
We must receive the human hair product (in its entirety) within 7 days of notification to enable us to have the product tested.
Hair Rebellion UK aims to provide test results within 10 working days of receipt of returned hair. If the product is deemed faulty – a full or partial refund or replacement will be issued. Please ensure you have read and adhered to our terms and conditions in relation to aftercare products use.
We have a Quality Enquiry procedure which endeavours we will deal with the enquiry in a timely manner, however completion of a Quality Enquiry form is required for us to start testing, and this form will be issued on receipt of notification from customer that they wish for their return to be opened as a Quality Enquiry. Testing will ONLY be carried out if the Quality & Aftercare terms and conditions have been adhered too and the product doesn’t fall under our exempt category.
Hair Rebellion UK are liable only for the value of goods supplied and cannot be held responsible damage or costs incurred by incorrect application, application by an untrained professional or misuse of products by a 3rd party
PLEASE ALSO NOTE THAT NO QUALITY ENQUIRIES WILL BE ACCEPTED FOR THE FOLLOWING COLOURS #60, #99j, #530 & RED. Due to excessive processing these are purchased at your own risk

Quality & Aftercare
Our human hair products require specific maintenance using only Hair Rebellion UK aftercare products (any range we sell is approved by us as an authorized aftercare product) which have been specially formulated to care for and nourish coloured Indian hair and luxury hair ranges. Hair Rebellion UK cannot be held responsible for any damage caused from incorrect maintenance and the use of non-recommended aftercare products. We are therefore unable to refund or replace any product where the correct aftercare (*displayed below) has not been used 

*definition of correct aftercare- Hair Rebellion's recommended shampoo, conditioner and treatment spray should be used each and every time you wash your extensions. Heat protector (non alcohol) also for any form of heat styling including a hair dryer. Hair Rebellion UK's recommended hair mask or revitaliser should be used at least 2 times a week - a mini or a taster aftercare kit is a sample of the aftercare products so therefore will not be accepted as proof of purchase of aftercare. You must use a heat protector on your extensions when styling and it must not be a heat protector with a holding property as that contains alcohol and can potentially dry your extensions out

Hair Rebellion UK aims to carry out in-house and external testing where necessary and notify you of our findings within 10 working days of receipt of sample. In depth testing and product reports will only be carried out and produced at the expense of Hair Rebellion UK where all the above mentioned products have been used and other elements of the terms and conditions have been adhered to
